Lemon Protein Blondies ๐Ÿ‹

Perfect snacks to go! Good protein, carbs and low in fat! Only 85 calories a serving … I have 2 for my am snack! Nomnomnom:)

Ingredients:
🍋1 Cup oat flour
🍋1/2 Cup vanilla whey protein powder
🍋1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
🍋1 tsp baking powder
🍋1/2 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
🍋6 egg whites (1/2 cup)
🍋2 tsp xylitol
🍋1 Cup unsweetened applesauce

Directions:
โžกPreheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease 8×8 glass dish with coconut oil (or use parchment paper). In large bowl mix oat flour, whey, salt and baking powder together. In separate medium bowl mix together lemon juice, egg whites, xylitol and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour into prepared dish and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Cool and slice into 12 squares.
