Start the day off right with this refreshing smoothie!
1-1/2 cup unsweet almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
5 fresh strawberries
1/2 frozen banana (or fresh)
2 tbsp peanut flour aka PB2 (can sub 1/2tbsp natural peanut butter)
1/4 tsp bee pollen (can sub 1 tsp honey)
1 tsp coconut milk powder (optional)
1 scoop glutamine (optional)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Top it off with:
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp coconut
Pinch bee pollen
